Hey there, I’m Trinity Richardson, founder of Richardson Construction & Design LLC. Born and raised right here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I grew up with a hammer in one hand and big dreams in the other.

With years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, plus a background in project management, I don’t just run this business, I’ve lived it, built it, and earned it. Not only am I a construction connoisseur, I am also a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Iowa with Skogman Realty, which means I bring a unique perspective to every job. Understanding not just how homes are built, but how they sell and what adds lasting value.

I started this company to bring something different to the table: a woman-owned, purpose-driven construction business that blends solid craftsmanship with thoughtful design.
